HIV Ambassador Auntie Linda honoured for mentoring vulnerable children

Linda Ewoenam Donkor, a renowned Philanthropist, HIV AIDs Advocate and Women’s Rights Advocate, received the esteemed Excellence in Mentorship for Orphans and Vulnerable Children Award at the Mentorship & Volunteerism Excellence Summit & Awards.

The prestigious event, held at the Ghana-India Kofi Annan Center of Excellence in ICT, brought together distinguished guests from various countries.

This honour acknowledged Auntie Linda’s tireless efforts in empowering vulnerable communities, particularly orphans and vulnerable children. Her unwavering commitment to mentorship and support has transformed countless lives.

The Mentorship and Volunteerism Excellence Summit & Awards convened thought leaders, experts, and change-makers to discuss innovative approaches to mentorship and volunteerism.

Keynote speakers and panel discussions focused on best practices, challenges, and successes in empowering marginalised communities.
In an interview, Linda Ewoenam Donkor said “I am deeply humbled by this recognition. This award is not just a personal achievement but a testament to the collective efforts of my team and partners. I dedicate this award to the resilient children and communities we serve.”

Linda Ewoenam Donkor is the founder of the Auntie Linda Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to Community Education & free Health Screening, support for Children, Adolescents, Aged, Prisoners and Women Empowerment initiatives.
